Hinoki dry sauna · glass steam room · hot-pool hall

Japanese Calm × Chinese Elegance

The whole of Yu Sauna is newly built for 2026: the dry sauna is lined in pale hinoki, with warm amber lighting tucked beneath the tiered seating; the glass steam room is open and generous; the hot-pool hall has every spa facility in one place. Below are photographs of a selection of the facilities.

Hinoki Dry Sauna

Tiered seating in pale hinoki wood, lit by a warm amber glow — a Japanese-inspired dry sauna where the scent of cypress and the heat settle in together.

II

Glass Steam Room

A steam room walled entirely in glass, generous in scale — even in the thick of the steam, the view stays open.

III

Hot-Pool Hall

A hot spa pool and shower facilities all in one place — begin your visit with a soak in the warmth before the rest of your evening unfolds.

IV

Private Massage Rooms

Private, self-contained massage rooms, each with its own bathtub so you can freshen up before and after your treatment — every comfort of home.

The Philosophy of the Space

The spaces at Yu Sauna are written in two languages: Japanese calm — hinoki, warm light, open space; and Chinese elegance — lattice screens, lanterns, long corridors. The two meet under one roof, and every doorway opens onto a different scene.

Each private massage room has its own bathtub, so you can freshen up before and after your treatment. Sauna first and then massage, or a soak first and then rest — the order is yours to decide, and our booking agent can arrange it for you.

After the Experience · Rest at Ease

After your massage, return to the hot-pool hall and the dining lounge. The venue is open 24 hours, so a late-night visit is just as unhurried. Overnight stays are welcome: rest in the free lounge area or add a paid private rest room.
